I love cooking, but what I don’t like is having to spend ages cleaning my pots and pans afterwards. Luckily, this is no longer a problem for me as I always have my trusty sponge to hand.

Why I love Scrub Daddy

I bought my first 3-pack of Scrub Daddies in 2022 and only now, after two years, have I had to buy a new one. That’s how sturdy they are.
Although they are sturdy, the sponges are great for plates and pots as they soften in warm water. This means they won’t scratch, making them perfect for use on non-stick pans. I use mine on my Our Place Always pan and it has retained its coating and looks pristine.
You can also use them with cold water, which makes them extra firm. I’ve used mine this way on my electric stove to remove grime, and it removes it completely after just a few seconds of scrubbing. Next I’m going to try using it to clean the oven, and I think it’ll work wonderfully.

For best results, be sure to combine the Scrub Daddy with a mild cleaning solution. I use it with the Mrs Meyers Cleaning Spray (available on Amazon). “For tougher jobs, combine it with a slightly stronger cleaner,” recommends Andriy.
It’s also a good idea to change the water temperature depending on the surface you’re using. “Remember to use cold water for tough scrubbing jobs and warm water for finer cleaning jobs, as this will help you get the best performance from your Scrub Daddy,” explains Muffetta Krueger, cleaning expert and founder of Muffetta Domestic Assistants.
